Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
We are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@calixshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@calixshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
