Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once it's dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow additional time during peak seasons (November–January) or for remote locations.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Standard shipping on orders under $50: calculated at checkout
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time. You can also visit our order tracking page.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, factors outside our control — including weather events, carrier delays, or customs processing — may affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@calixshop.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
